Exit Bee tracks the behaviour of every visitor of a website. Whenever we see a visitor that we don't know (a new visitor) we assign them an unique ID and start tracking their behaviour.
The next time this visitor visits the website, we know who they are and keep adding data to their behaviour.
There are times when you'd want to show a campaign only to new or returning visitors. For example, offer a discount only to new visitors.
Leaving the default setting, the campaign will trigger to both new and returning visitors.
